If you are experiencing any buffering or delay while using OAN Live app on your smart tv, please unplug your smart tv for an estimate of 30 seconds so it can allow the app to restart and reboot completely. Then try using it again. If you are viewing OAN on any other device please restart the device to help reboot the OAN Live app and allow it to work properly.
