We have become aware of a bug on certain FireTV devices where after logging in the background video for the login screen is covering the video stream. Currently the work around for this is to do the following:
1. Launch the app and wait for the login background video to stop playing
2. Press the home button on your remote to return to the home screen
3. Launch the app again. The background should be gone at this point
4. If needed press the back button once and click the OAN logo to refresh the stream
